| Job Duties: | Formulate & review policies & procedures for fleet monitoring including fleet planning. Monitor, maintain, & repair/troubleshoot fleets. Give accurate diagnostic analysis of fleets. Record transactions using a program/software & ensure accuracy. Supervise staff and evaluate their performance periodically to ensure effectiveness & efficiency on their jobs involving fleet. Handle shipment/cargo of fleets. Prepare reports, analysis, statistics of fleets. Handle other technical functions such as PC troubleshooting/network troubleshooting, etc. Help in daily operations especially dealing with customers such as their questions about the fleets. Work is based on a flexible time including graveyard shifts. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must be a college graduate & with at least 2 years experience in the above duties &/or related duties in a supervisory &/or managerial level. Graduate of mechanical engineering preferred but not required. Preferably have knowledge with MS Office like Excel, Word, Outlook, Windows XP &/or Vista, etc. Preferably have knowledge & experience in computer programs or software. Experience/knowledge with Network Troubleshooting an advantage. Must have an experience in auto repairs/troubleshooting & preventive maintenance. Must be customer service oriented, experience in handling customers is necessary. Must have experience in handling shipments/cargo especially with fleets. Willing to work with flexible time, & graveyard shifts. |
