Job Title: General Maintenance Worker
Job Duties: Conducts and operates grounds keeping duties. Has knowledge of operating tractors with mowers, brush cutters, and other types of grounds keeping equipment. On as a needed basis monitor power plant machinery and systems. Makes periodic inspection rounds of generator equipment/system/facility and monitors equipment operation to ensure uninterrupted power to transmitters and associated ancillary equipment. Ability to perform other duties as painting, corrosion removal and treatment, and the use of chemical applications for grounds keeping. Maintains records of assigned tasks and inspections. Operate all the powered equipment in a safe manner. Ability to work limited overtime. Be trained to operate power generation emergency generators both manually and automatically. Perform other duties as the Transmitter Supervisor of Site Manager directs.

Qualification Requirements: Twelve (12) months experience with grounds keeping duties. Understands the SCADA control system and ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems is also recommended.
