| Job Duties: | Prepare, season, and cook dishes according to the menu in restaurant. Inspect and clean food preparation are as, such as equipments and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practi ces. Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking the quality, keeping track of old and new items, a nd rotating stock. Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature. Plan menu for daily bento. Prepa re soup stocks and other sauces. Prepare and replenish ingredients/stocks. Monitor stocks for replenishment. Mop and clean kitchen area daily. Clean utensils after used. Clean food storages such as refrigerator, free zer and cabinets to ensure safe and sanitary practices. Dependable and be able to work early morning shift. |
