| Job Duties: | 1.Teach recreational diving to visiting Japanese tourists. 2.Instruct diving students individually and in groups through on site demonstrations or visual aids regarding underwater safety. 3.Observe students to determine their physical fitness, abilities and qualifications during preliminary diving lessons if they are fit to dive in open water. 4.Plan diving activities and inform diving students about the location and weather condition. 5.Educate students about reef and marine life. 6.Ensure that each student is well informed about possible hazards and risks of diving. 7.Perform roll call before and after diving. 8.Perform CPR or first aid on students, if required. 9.Treat minor injuries with first aid kit supplies. 10.Inspect, clean and maintain all diving equipment to ensure that these are properly functioning. 11.Coordinate with Japan travel or tour agencies to book dive students. 12.Make cold calls to companies in Japan to persuade them to spend their holidays or company vacations in Saipan CNMI. 13.Rent boats or other equipment if requested by student or customer. 14.Offer suggestions of places to visit dine or shop. 15.Receive scuba diving bookings or reservations from tour agencies, individuals or companies. 16.Coordinate with Japan tour agents to include Le Grand Bleu Inc. on tour and travel advertisements in Japan. 17.Contact existing students, clients or establish new clients by communicating with them through email, phone calls, social media or through company website. 18.Update Le Grand Bleu Inc’s website regularly in order for Japanese clients to view or read about diving activities or tours offered in Saipan CNMI. 19.Record and maintain emergency contact numbers of diving students and customers. 20.Maintain an updated status on dive rescue procedures. 21.Keep emergency contact numbers of hospitals, CNMI Fire Department, CNMI Public Safety and the Japanese Consulate in Saipan. 22.Inform the proper authorities on accidents. 23.Inform students about waste disposal while on a dive location. 24.Educate tourists about basic CNMI laws and regulations in relation to their stay in the CNMI. 25.Pick up and drop off students or customers from their hotels to the dive site. 26.Settle complaints of clients and assist them while they are on island. 27.Drop off clients to the airport to show gratitude for their visit 28.Prepare and submit report to company owner. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Two (2) Years Experience as Scuba Dive Instructor, Three (3) months training on First Aid and Open Water Diving, High School Graduate, PADI Open Water Dive Certification, PADI First Response Certificate, valid CNMI driver’s license to pick-up or drop-off guests to their hotels and dive sites. Can communicate with Japanese tour and travel agencies or Japan tourists. Must be physically fit. Must be able to work on weekends, holidays and early mornings. Knowledgeable on reef and marine life. Can do cold calls to prospective students or clients. |

Outbound transportation and subsistence costs will be paid by the employer if the Employee completes the work period covered by the contract.
