| Job Duties: | Perform wide variety of maintenance duties for electrical; mechanical equipment specified by clients needs. Maintain operation of building generator. Computes, designs and installs additional electrical loads/circuits. Maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of all medical gas system, which includes oxygen machines, medical air, medical vacuum, dental vacuum and other controls. Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair water reverse osmosis treatment. Troubleshoots and repair air conditioning and refrigeration controls/system. Repair of various electrical devices including boilers, incinerator, fire, sprinkler system and various pump motors and fan motors. Maintenance and repair of hospital lighting system and door knobs (both electrical and mechanically operated). Maintenance and repair of paging system, building security alarm system, all TV and VCR, medical transcription system, all microwave ovens, and various electronic devices. Maintenance and installation of telephone wiring and devices. Perform other related duties as assigned. |
