| Job Duties: | Lead the freight forwarding and logistics activities in effort to optimize operational efficiencies in coordination with all the departments.Monitor and analyses cost and prepare operational budgets for both air and ocean freight shipments to maintain acceptable profit margin. Ensure that smooth operations and logistics function is geared to provide on time pick up and delivery of products and exceed service level. Ensure continous improvement by way of implementing best practices in logistics, warehousing and inventory management. Ensure adherence to all safety and security policy and procedures. Demonstrate ability to lead and motivate all employees. Assigns work to all staff and sets deadline to ensure timely completion of work as required. Evaluate procedure and practices to ensure effiency and economy. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Extensive knowledge and experience in all aspect of international freight forwarding and logistics management. Strong leadership capabilities with proven track record of success. Should have prior experience in leading international freight forwarding and logistics firms. Required strong knowledge and understanding in Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations. Must have extensive knowledge in documentation and handling of Hazardous Materials. Strong organizational capabilities and can handle high pressure working environment. Good knowledge in air/ sea freight related procedure and documentation. Must have a degree in business management or Engineering. Must willing to work during weekends and holidays. |
