| Job Duties: | The incumbent performs duties and responsibilities to manage, plan and coordinate daily business operation of the Company in its various location in Saipan. Directly manage the wholesale and retail line of business of the Company with utmost familiarity on the licensing and permitting requirement of CNMI. Report to the management on a regular basis the financial standing of the Company. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. Develops sales marketing plan and strategies and work on implementation through overall cooperation of management and staff. Decide on the purchase different kind of vegetable, fruits, root crops and other product that will be needed in the store. May also be in charged in selling and delivering the merchandise to customer’s place. Must be flexible and have extensive knowledge on the present line of business. Other related duties as maybe assigned. |
