| Job Duties: | Prepare appraisal reports for various types of real properties in conformity with the USPAP and applicable Board of Professional Licensing (BPL) rules and regulations. Estimate market value of various interests using all applicable valuation methods such as Cost Approach, Sales Comparison Approach and Income Approach. Estimate leased fee and leasehold values. Conduct physical inspection of the property as well as comparable properties used in the analysis. Research/collect/compile market data and do calculation of the cash equivalency or present value. Survey and update rental and occupancy rates, construction cost and other information of commercial, residential and other types of properties. Collect specific/general data and other pertinent information to support value conclusion. Prepare quotation or proposal for any prospective appraisal projects. |
