| Job Duties: | Supervise & coordinate activities of clerical & administrative support workers to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines and proper procedures. Resolve customer complaints. Discuss job performance problems with employees. Train and instruct employees in duties and company policies or arrange for training to be provided.
