| Job Duties: | Keep all air conditioning system in food state of maintenance and repair; check daily temperature and inspect condensing units for proper function and performance; carry out repairs or troubleshoot of air condition units of the office and/or vehicles, if needed; maintain records of unit repairs, parts replacement, units for disposal and related information for new installation of air condition unit; ensure cleanliness of work areas and protect surroundings when executing duties; conduct regular preventive maintenance on all air handling units in accordance with the schedule' performs other preventive measures to secure air condition units in case of emergency (e.g. typhoon, power outage, fire, etc.) |
