| Job Title: | Field Technician Supervisor, Wireless |
| Job Duties: | Supervises, monitors and inspects work of field crew in installing, repairing and maintaining telecommunication equipment for company's cell sites including, RF & System modules, routers, switches, power system, batteries, grounding system, antenna, transmission lines, alarm system for AC/DC power fail, rectifier alarm, temperature alarm and security alarm system for indoor sites. Studies site plans, blueprints, manuals, technical specification; evaluates material specification; and prepares bill of materials and estimates required for the installation, repair and maintenance of the company's cell site by the field crew. Supervises field crew in verifying service by testing circuits, equipment and alarms. Identifies and corrects problems in coordination with the Network Operation Center. Inspects site after completion of installation work to ensure equipment, hardware, antenna, cables support and other equipment are properly installed and tests and commissions works. Documents, tracks and monitors network related problems and ensures timely resolution. Monitors field technicians work in identifying, maintaining, repairing and optimizing wireless networks, communication devices and other equipment. Inspects work areas and supervises field crew to ensure proper use and application of tools and equipment. Conducts safety training to ensure compliance with safety policies and best practices. Monitors employee work performance and conducts performance reviews. Creates weekly work schedules for staff and provides staff training. Ensures timely completion of scheduled work orders. Maintains accurate records. Uses Nokia BTS Site Manager software, Microsoft Project software and Microsoft Excel software in performing job duties. Perform work in all villages of MSA of Saipan, NMI. Required to travel to MSA of Rota, NMI and MSA of Tinian, NMI twice a month for one day to perform work for the employer. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020. The job opportunity requires that the worker travel, in an employer provided vehicle, to employer's equipment in all villages in the MSA of Saipan and to travel, at employer’s expense, twice a month to MSA of Rota, NMI and MSA of Tinian, NMI for one day to perform work for the employer. Workdays will be Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the workers at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the workers complete 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the workers’ transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the workers are dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the workers’ reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the workers originally departed to work, except where the workers will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers’ voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
