Job Duties: | Rent,buy,or sell property for client. Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients,accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts. Including agents who represent buyer. Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases. Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration. Create list of properties that are compatible with buyers needs and financial resources. Communicate with escrow companies, lenders,home inspectors,and pest control inspectors to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before closing date and obtain property information |

Qualification Requirements: | Must have related on the job experience and requires 1 to 2 years experience on the same field. Must have knowledge of technology databases for real estate systems. Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures,precedents,government regulations,executive orders,agency rule. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms,and other office procedures. Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution. |
