Job Title: VIP Manager
Job Duties: •Maintain monitoring processes and information systems to ensure all training and supervision systems are in place. •Work together with colleagues to take responsibility for the development and deployment of an effective, skilled and competent team of staff. •Identify, develop, implement, manage and coordinate the development of all programs to enhance profitability and reduce costs. •Handle VIP guests from all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc). •Define long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships. •Identify business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. •Work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization. •Find potential new customers, ultimately convert them into clients by contacting and entertaining them, promote and sell the attributes of the facilities and areas to ensure future business growth in the future. •Manage existing clients and handle special needs of clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. •Assisting the Senior Manager in daily administrative and management duties of the department. •Foster creations of customer development culture throughout the casino through strategic efforts and teamwork. •Evaluate customer segmentation models for growth opportunities in trips, customer win, and customer acquisition by segment or gaming preference. •Assists in planning and implementation of future projects in Casino Marketing. •Assist on gaming floor services including exchanging casino chips and greeting guests •Assist to increase the amount of new membership and maintain a good relationship with all guests. •Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. •Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. •Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. •Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: •Proven ability to work remotely and independently. •Must have a minimum of 3 years’ customer service and casino marketing experience. •Previous marketing management experience is highly preferred. •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications. • Proficiency in MS Office. •Must be able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis. •Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. •Ability to speak and write in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korea and/or Japanese) preferred. •Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. •Able to multi-task.

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
