Job Title: Customer Relations Assistant
Job Duties: Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager the Customer Relations Assistant provides information to customers, receives and resolves problems and complaints, and provides routine servicing to telephone units. The Assistant accepts payments and performs cashiering functions, ensuring the safekeeping of funds, daily reconciliation of receipts and makes daily deposits. The Customer Relations Assistant will make every effort to assist customers and resolve any equipment or service-related problems within the scope of the Company’s capabilities and policies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Employee will: 1. Provide service to all customers by taking payments, activating phones, simplifying or explaining new cell features, responding to customer complaints, assisting customers in setting up their wireless accounts (air cards/ Mi-Fi) and responding to all billing questions and disputes. 2. Provide Cashiering services to customers; balance the cash register, make deposits, prepare, submit and archive cashier reports on a timely basis. 3. Assess all customer returns, identify defective products, 4. Receive and record new stock, keep track of all inventories, return all defective products and communicate with our main office daily through fax, telephone and emails. 5. Participate in community events that will help promote ITE services, reach out and look for market opportunities. Provide feedback to management team regarding possible customer interests and concerns. 6. Maintain store upkeep and readiness to conduct business, ensure POS materials are in place for current promotions. 7. Ensure availability of products for sale; coordinate with necessary IT&E departments to maintain sufficient inventory levels (prepaid cards, SIMS, phone units, cellular phone accessories, modems, filters); ensure zero variance on inventory count. 8. Up-sell new products to both new and existing customers. Meet or exceed store monthly sales goals. 9. Respond to customer requests for new/change/disconnection/reconnection of service, billing and adjustments assistance or general inquiries. 10. Participate in high toll/air/data/roaming and NSF courtesy calls to customers within island territory. 11. Keep updated and abreast with new procedures and products. 12. Perform other related duties or tasks as assigned or required.
