Job Duties: | Act as a front line service representative and ensure a high standard of guest relations are provided to VIP guests from pre-arrival preparations, explanation and gaming devices and rules, evaluation of play, continual contact through to guest departure. Assist in handling VIP guests from all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc.) Assists with maintaining player accounts, recording player information and assisting with casino promotions, tournaments, etc. Coordinates VIP guest transportation requirements, gaming activities and any other special needs/requests. Assist on gaming floor services including exchanging casino chips and greeting guests Assist to increase the amount of new membership and maintain a good relationship with all guests. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance Resolves customer conflicts which relate to VIP guests and services. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and gaming regulations. Liaise with a range of stakeholders such as suppliers and partner organizations to ensure quality of clients experience Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. |

Qualification Requirements: | Proven ability to work remotely and independently. • Must have a minimum of 1 year casino marketing experience. • Must be able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. • Written and verbal communications, presentation and translation skills • Excellent communicator, with experience of public speaking and good interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Chinese, Japanese, Korean or any other foreign language is an advantage. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |

Comments: | (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. There are three rotating shifts per day: (A) Day Shift will be from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (B) Swing Shift will be from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (C) Night Shift will be from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Employee hired under this announcement will be rotated through each of the three shifts. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5)FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
