Job Title: Senior Director - Business Solutions
Job Duties: • Manages day-to-day operations of the IT Business Solutions team to support Casino and Hotel business operations, overseeing applications support and user support functions. • Effectively manages a lead staff and works to ensure priorities are clear, development standards are adhered to and testing is conducted. • Ensures that all aspects of technology are compliant with applicable requirements to ensure appropriate controls, policies and procedures, and other requirements are in place. • Actively collaborates with the appropriate departments and outside vendors to develop and maintain a technology plan that supports organizational needs. • Manages the timeline and budget of all solution implementation projects. • Manages business system issues and drives for timely resolution. • Advises user departments of available IT solutions that may satisfy their needs and assists in the development of business case justifications for the relevant solution projects. • Monitors and reviews performance of solutions provided to user departments for continuous improvements including functional enhancements and increase cost-effectiveness. • Manages client and vendor issues in relation to the implementation of decisions and preferences. • Conducts research to remain up-to-date and knowledgeable in regards to compliance and industry trends and emerging technologies in anticipation of new business processes and system alterations. • Analyzes complex new business needs presented by organizational management and recommends technical solutions. • Develops the business plan for the department to ensure objectives and outcomes are met. • Directs the long term development of business system architecture in the company. • Budget planning and control covering all aspects of IT projects with formal processes. • Implements standardized systems, operational tools or execute outlet audits. • Implements operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity.

Qualification Requirements: • College degree holder in computer science or information technology related curriculum a minimum. • Minimum 4 years in IT development management role. • Business related or technology related certifications a plus. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. • Schedules may vary based on business need. • Must be able to work independently or with a team. • Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint presentation. • Extensive knowledge of IT development and/or operation environment is desirable. • Experienced in e-commerce solution, Digital Marketing Solution and App development a plus • Direct the long term development of business system architecture in the company. • Strategic minded and always with a vision to achieve. • Be a mentor in multiple disciplines with excellent communication capability. • Be able to handle multiple tasks with good sense of priority. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
