| Job Duties: | • Participates in Program Review and Outcome Assessment (PROA) activities. • In conjunction with the Project Director, plans and coordinates the provision of all ETS guidance services including assessment, selection, and identification for the participants. • Plans and implements all recruitment activities for the ETS Program. • Informs community residents about Talent Search through media publicity; distributes informational materials. • Provide workshops on goal setting, college success, study skills, college entrance examinations, and other relevant academic topics. • Provides motivational and career counseling to all participants. • Provide college admissions assistance and workshops to Talent Search participants and their parents. • Serve as the liaison between the project and assigned target schools. • Maintains on-going relationships with the principals/vice-principals and teachers in target schools and magnet high schools including schools on Tinian and Rota. • Interviews students and meets with parents. • Assesses student potential through interviews and tests. • Assists with identification and selection activities. • Record and update participants’ information on database system routinely. • Provides individual assistance to students in applying for college admissions and financial aid. • Assist program participants in academic subject areas. • Submit monthly reports to the ETS Director. • Performs other duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years experience in working with low-income and first generation youth. Personal experience in overcoming academic and economic obstacles to college graduation. Extensive knowledge of postsecondary programs and financial aid. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work or related field is preferred. |
