| Job Duties: | Cleans building walls and flooring. Monitor building premises to ensure employees and visitors safety by performing such task as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliances to ensure that hazards are not created. Gather empty trash and cleaning floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaner or power equipment to prevent damages to the floor and fixtures. Strips, seals, and polish floors. Notify the manager concerning the needs to be repair or addition to the building operation. Clean widows, glasses partitions or mirrors using soapy water or other cleaner, sponges or squeegees. DO other related duties from time to time as needed. Decorate indoors or outdoors spaces. Operate ground maintenance equipment in the warehouse and office premises. Dispose trash and waste materials from the warehouse and office premises. Move heavy furniture, equipment or supplies in the premises to do the cleaning process. Service, cleans or supply restrooms. Request supplies or equipment need for cleaning and maintenance duties. Operate hand and power tools. Have the ability to lift heavy loads or boxes. Move furniture and equipment for cleaning the areas. Do other related duties assigned from time to time. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Applicants must have the knowledge in operating power tools and hand tools used for the repairs and maintenance. Must be physically fit requiring frequent bending and lifting heavy loads. Must be able to do the job independently. Can work outdoors in all kind of weather. Must be able to work flexible hours or days including weekends and holidays. |
