| Job Duties: | Cleans building walls and flooring . Monitor building premises to ensure employees and visitors safety by performing such task as locking doors after operating hours and cheking electrical appliances to ensure that hazards are not created. Gather, empty trasah and cleaning floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners or power equipment to prevent damages to floor and fixtures. Strips, seals, and polish floors. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or addition to the building operation. Clean windows, glasses partitions or mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees. Do other related duties from time to time as needed. Decorate indoors or outdoor spaces. Operate ground maintenance equipment in the warehouses and office premises. Move heavy furniture, equipment or supplies in the premises to do the cleaning process. Service, clean, or supply restrooms. Request supplies need for the cleaning and maintenance duties. Operate hand or power tools. Have the ability to lift heavy loads or boxes. Move furniture and fixture or equipment for cleaning areas. Do other related duties assigned from time to time. |
