Job Title: Commercial Cleaning Supervisor
Job Duties: Directly supervise and coordinate work activities of cleaning personnel in hotels, hospitals, offices, and other establishments. Plan and prepare employee work schedules and assign employee to specific duties. Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure that services are provided in an efficient and timely manner. Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards. Perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary. Confer with staff to resolve performance and personnel problems, and to discuss company policies. Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties. Monitor staff performance to ensure that goals are met. Trains and evaluates personnel. Other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: 12 MONTHS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED IN THIS POSITION. MUST HAVE SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS. MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE METHODOLOGY OF BUFFING AND WAXING, CARPET SHAMPOOING, NOT ONLY THE PROCEDURE BUT MUST KNOW ALSO WHAT CHEMICALS TO USE. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PREPARING CHEMICAL SOLUTIONS, SUCH AS MIXING WATER AND DETERGENTS OR ACIDS IN CONTAINERS ACCORDING TO SPECIFICATIONS. KNOWS HOW TO USE ALL CLEANING EQUIPMENT E.G. VACUUM CLEANER, BUFFER, SWEEPER, BROOM, ETC. KNOWLEDGE OF CLEANING SUPPLIES AND CLEANING AGENTS. KNOWLEDGE ON SAFETY AND PRECAUTION, E.G. CAUTION SIGNS, IS A PLUS. MUST BE IN GOOD PHYSICAL HEALTH, ENERGETIC, HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, AND ATTENTIVE TO DETAILS.

Comments: This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
