| Job Duties: | Mix and bake ingredients to produce Filipino bread such as Pandesal, Cheesebread, Kababayan, Spanish bread, Cheeseroll, Siopao, banana cake and other bread/pastries. Operate cooking, baking or other food preparation equipment. Check equipments such as gas oven, commercial mixer, dough roller, bread slicer for maintenance or repair. In charged to check production's in and out of goods. Calculate products value for retail. Does inventory and reporting. Supervise co-worker's performance. Assess customer's need and complaints to meet quality standards for services. Monitor ingredients and other materials needed for production to replenish. Order, receives and inspects quality of ingredients from wholesalers. In charged of implementing company policy, enforce safe food handling practices and following set procedures for production or providing customer satisfaction. Job requires being reliable, responsible, dependable and fulfilling obligations. |
