| Job Duties: | Performs routine maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, repairs, and painting work to maintain the buildings. Ensure facilities and buildings are in compliance with guidelines and safety rules and regulations. Maintains and repairs refrigerators, water heaters, air conditioners, and laundry machines. Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs, do general cleaning, bush cutting, and general up keep to overall buildings and properties. Oversee roof maintenance, inspect condition of roofs, clean roof gutters and drains. Collect and transport hazardous waste and all kinds of trash from the working sites. Perform related duties as required. |

| Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021. Work Hours: Employee hired under this announcement will work on full time employment of thirty-five (35) hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 3:00pm. THREE-FOURTH GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extension, if any. INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE. The employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job duties.
