| Job Duties: | Administer bedside or personal care, such as ambulation or personal hygiene assistance (like bathing, changing clothes and toilet assistance); Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor; Perform healthcare-related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses or physiotherapists; Perform housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, changing bed linens, maintaining the room of the patient clean and organized; Care for individuals during period of incapacitation, family disruption, or convalescence, providing companionship, personal care, or help in adjusting to new lifestyles; Provide clients with communication assistance, typing their correspondence or obtaining information for them; Train family members to provide bedside care; Transport clients to locations outside the home, such as to physicians' offices or on outings, using a motor vehicle. |

Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Inbound/Outbound Transportation and Subsistence. The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the worker while travelling from employee’s origin to the place of employment, as well as provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment.
