| Job Title: | Guest Service Supervisor |
| Job Duties: | Responsible of overseeing all recreational facility/ guest services operations and staging department to ensure quality and guest satisfaction. Prepare work schedules for Recreational Facility/Guest Service Attendants. Train and supervise Recreational Facility/Guest Service Attendants. Must be familiar and knowledgeable with the duties and responsibilities of the Recreational Facility/ Guest Service attendants, and must be able to perform such duties. Resolve customer complaints. Answer customers’ questions regarding the facilities and services. Provide staff with guidance in handling complaints or disputes. Discuss job performance with employees to resolve problems and increase morale. Plans, promotes and coordinates activities for all the staff and guest of the hotel for the recreational activity. This position also is responsible for participant safety. Enforce rules and regulations of recreational facilities to maintain discipline and ensure safety. Assign staff and supervise the daily operations of recreational facilities. Administer first aid according to prescribed procedures, and notify emergency medical personnel when necessary. Organize, lead, and promote interest in golf activities. Greet guests, introducing them to other participants, explaining facility rules, and encouraging participation. Provide information about facilities, entertainment options, and rules and regulations. Other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school diploma or GED equivalent AND two (2) years of work experience in related field. Korean and/or Japanese language skills desirable. Must have a pleasant personality, excellent leadership skills, ability to lift at least 50 lbs, and work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. |
