Job Title: Housekeeping Worker
Job Duties: Perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain private households or commercial establishment, such as offices in a clean and orderly manner. Clean rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and other work areas so that health standards are met. Empty wastebaskets, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaners and shampooers. Dust and polish furniture and equipment.Dust and polish furniture and equipment. Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary. Sweep, scrub, wax, or polish floors, using brooms, mops, or powered scrubbing and waxing machines. Move and arrange furniture and turn mattresses. Hang draperies and dust window blinds. Wash dishes and clean kitchens, cooking utensils, and silverware. Polish silver accessories and metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings. Sort clothing and other articles, load washing machines, and iron and fold dried items. Do other related duties assigned by the employer.

Qualification Requirements: HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA. ONE YEAR RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE. MUST BE AN ACTIVE LISTENER GIVING FULL ATTENTION WHAT OTHER PEOPLE ARE SAYING. MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO BEND, STRETCH, TWIST, OR REACH WITH YOUR BODY , ARMS AND/OR LEGS. THE ABILITY TO LISTEN AND UNDERSTAND INFORMATION AND IDEAS PRESENTED THROUGH SPOKEN WORDS AND SENTENCES. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND MUST POSSES A FRIENDLY AND GOOD MANNERS

Comments: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. The employer guarantees under paragraph (f)(1) to offer each employee employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the employee at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. If a worker voluntarily abandons employment or is terminated for cause, the employer is not required to guarantee three-fourths of the work contract, as provided under Subsection 655.423(f). The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the employee while traveling from the employee’s origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity, as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1). The employer will provide without charge or deposit charge; all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.423(k).
