| Job Duties: | Repairs and maintains physical and integrity of residential and commercial establishments such as office buildings, apartments and houses using hand and power tools. Replaces defective electrical switches and fixtures. Paints structures and repair damaged woodwork.Repair broken pipes, plumbing fixtures and devices. Repairs broken floor, wall ceiling of an structure. Repair and check defective building equipment . Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building equipments continue to run smoothly and efficiently. Also ensure that physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, saws, drills, and wrenches etc. Check blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary. Record type and caused of repair work. Do general cleaning and upkeep buildings and properties. Perform related task as assigned if necessary |

| Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position with employment period beginning on August 3, 2020 to July 30, 2021. Work days will be Monday to Friday and work hours will be 8:00AM to 4:00PM. The employer also offers the THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE as required by 20 CFR 665.423 (f) wherein a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of worker at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions. If the employee completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to the subsequent employment with another employer or where the employment has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment.The Employer will also provide the workers with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance will all applicable Federal and Commonwealth laws and regulations. FRINGE BENEFITS: Worker Compensation Insurance Coverage will be provided.
