| Job Duties: | Identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations. Load and unload materials from delivery truck. Erect or dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps or other temporary structures. Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards. Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, or compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, or rakes. Mix, pour, or spread concrete, using portable cement mixers. Engaging in all forms of labor that is necessary for the completion of the construction project. Using, cleaning and maintaining the different tools used on the construction site. Provide assistance to craft workers, such as carpenters, plasterers, or masons. Working closely with other workers. Carefully handling of equipment used to handle the construction materials. Handling some repetitive manual tasks. Understand and comply with job-site safety standards. |

| Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position with employment period beginning on August 3, 2020 to July 30, 2021. Work days will be Monday to Friday and work hours will be 8:00AM to 4:00PM. The employer also offers the THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE as required by 20 CFR 665.423 (f) wherein a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of worker at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions. If the employee completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to the subsequent employment with another employer or where the employment has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment.The Employer will also provide the workers with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance will all applicable Federal and Commonwealth laws and regulations. FRINGE BENEFITS: Worker Compensation Insurance Coverage will be provided.
