Job Title: SUPERVISOR - ELECTRONIC GAMING OPERATION
Job Duties: To manage the operational staff and tasks in a dedicated area whilst on shift and supervise employees in the performance of their duties and maintain effective communication between staff members and management. To authorize and verify slot machine payouts as per company policy and local gaming law within permitted limitations. To assist management in preparation for special projects movements, software upgrades and new installations & accurately maintain a daily shift report. To ensure safe handling of money and TITO tickets in line with company policies & procedures and maintain up to date knowledge on a promotional activities and facilities in property. To ensure effective communication of customer interactions or feedback within the department and ensure customer service needs are addressed in a professional and timely manner. To ensure the presentation of the electronic gaming are is at optimum level at all times throughout shift. To ensure all marketing and promotional activity are being adhered to by electronic gaming personnel and marketing personnel are informed and act on all information with regards to identifying new premium slot players. To work with Marketing and Management to identify new premium electronic gaming players. To assist casino marketing promotion. To counsel and coach assigned personnel in the performance of their duties; to assist shift management with staff performance appraisal reviews. Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. Perform other related duties as assigned.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Minimum of one (1) year in supervisory level experience in electronic gaming or casino industry. High school graduate or equivalent working experience. Ability to communicate in English to deal with guests and internal staff from International countries; knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean is an advantage. Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Able to work any day of the week and any shift. Out-going, energetic and possess a positive attitude towards the job, fellow team members and the company. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. Able to multi-task. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment thirty-five (35) hours per week. There are three rotating shifts per day from Monday to Sunday: (A) Day Shift will be from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (B) Swing Shift will be from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (C) Night Shift will be from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

Comments: [1] EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. [2] WORK HOURS: Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment thirty-five (35) hours per week. There are three rotating shifts per day from Monday to Sunday: (A) Day Shift will be from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (B) Swing Shift will be from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (C) Night Shift will be from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Employee hired under this announcement will be rotated through each of the three shifts. [3] THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. [4] INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. [5] FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). [6] TOOLS, SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT: Workers will be provided at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, workers will be supplied at no charge all safety clothing and equipment. Company will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. [7] HOUSING: The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. [8] EMPLOYEE MEAL: The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
