| Job Duties: | Maintains cleanliness for all stores and business facilities in different 8 locations both indoors and outdoors. Carry cleaning supplies using wheeled carts or company assigned transport tools/equipment. Disinfect equipment and supplies and all assigned facility areas using germacides or steam operated sterilizers. Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas so that health standards are met. Empty waste baskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to assigned disposal areas. Maintains at all times required cleaning and sanitation standards. Observe precautions required to protect property and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors. Follow company's established and written safety procedures Hazard Communication Program for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures and overall company property and premises. Mix water and detergent or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications and established safety standards written in the company's HCP and SDS. Perform or assist with other cleaning duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Six (6) months work experience. Applicant must be able to clean business facilities on a daily basis, must be self motivated and willing to take initiative with little guidance to complete assigned tasks , must be friendly and easy to work with a diversed group of people, must have strong command of the English language both orally and written skills, able to follow instructions without much guidance and supervision, must be flexible to perform work on work schedule or on an emergency. staggered shifts, flexible hours, weekends, and holidays. |
