| Job Duties: | Performs, directs and supervises activities concerned with design, application, installation, maintenance and construction of electrical components and systems. Performs review of electrical drawings, prepares estimates of material and labor required to perform work based on electrical construction drawings. Prepares list of materials required to be purchased for specific projects. Extensive knowledge in computer applications is required. Mandatory experience in implementation of complex spreadsheets, word processing and network related computer functions is essential. Creates, compiles, stores and retrieves management data using computer and various software. Extensive knowldege in Auto CADD and Microsoft Project Schedule application is required. Certified to perform, supervise cable splicing and installation of high voltage kits, up to 35Kv, certified to perform basic design, supervise and install phovoltaic (solar) system, certified to perform basic design, install, supervise and troubleshoot, manage complex access control system, gates and controls, digital video surveillance system from small to large enterprise system. Supervises and direct electricians in the field to assist performance of work in accordance to NEC requirements and drawings. |
