| Job Duties: | Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories. Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans. Responsible for maintaining a positive working relationship with all vendors, as well as negotiating product and shipping prices. Oversee which products are generating the most revenue and which products are selling less than projected. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 12 MONTHS WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE. MUST BE ABLE TO MULTI-TASK AND FUNCTION IN FAST-PACED WORKING ENVIRONMENTS. THEY OVERSEE A STAFF OF BUYERS, WHICH INVOLVES HIRING AND FIRING DUTIES, AS WELL AS TRAINING NEW EMPLOYEES. STRONG LEADERSHIP, COMMUNICATION, AND NEGOTIATING SKILLS ARE BENEFICIAL FOR THIS POSITION. VISUAL MERCHANDISING SKILL, KNOW HOW TO USE THE PRINCIPLES OF RETAIL PSYCHOLOGY TO ARRANGE PRODUCT IN A WAY THAT ENTICED THE CUSTOMER TO BUY. STRONG WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS, WHICH INCLUDES NEGOTIATION SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO WRITE PROFESSIONAL EMAILS. ABLE TO SPEAK, WRITE AND READ IN ENGLISH, JAPANESE AND CHINESE LANGUAGES WHEN NECESSARY FOR SALES PRESENTATION AND TO MARKET THE MERCHANDISE FOR SALE. |
