Job Duties: | Cleans rooms daily by sweeping, vacuuming rugs/floors, wood floor, mopping floors, dusting furniture and sliding louvers, changing linens, washing bathroom fixtures, cleaning of lanai areas, etc. Makes beds, replaces clean linens during and/or after occupancy. Replaces towels and replenishes bathroom supplies such as tissue, soap, shampoo, etc and changes shower curtains and liners. Cleans sliding glass doors, armoires, and walls. Checks room after each occupancy to ensure that nothing has been removed. Empties ash trays and wastebaskets. Defrosts and cleans refrigerators. Notes and reports any physical deficiencies and condition of furniture and fixtures and reports findings to housekeeping supervisor. Performs other related duties as required. |

Comments: | This a temporary, full-time position of at least 35 hours per work week with employment period beginning October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE for Employment offered is for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Frequency of pay: Bi-weekly, subjected to mandatory payroll tax deduction required by law (20 CFR 655.423(h). Transportation and subsistence will be provided to the worker from the place of origin to the place of employment. Upon conclusion of the job opportunity, employer will provide the return transportation and substance to the place of origin or place of recruitment (20 CFR 655.423(k)(1)). Employer-Provided Tools and Equipment: Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned (20 CFR 655.423(K)). This is a non-exempt position and is eligible to receive overtime compensation in accordance to The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
