Job Title: JANITORS AND CLEANERS, EXCEPT MAIDS AND HOUSEKEEPING CLEANERS
Job Duties: Clean rooms, Offices, function rooms, Cafeteria, Lounges, Hallways, Corridors, Lobbies, Stairways, Parking Areas, Kitchen, work and other public areas, empty waste baskets and trash bins, ash trays, transfer to designated disposal area. Clean, wash, scrub carpets and rug, rubber mats and shampooing, If necessary, clean and polish tables, furniture and fixtures, sweep, wax and polish floors, conduct inventory of supplies, materials, tools and replenish. Observe precautionary measures required to protect client’s and guest’s properties and to report any missing and damage items found in the assigned areas. To assist or attend to clients and guest needs, and to do all other works as deemed necessary or requested by the clients or guests.
High School Diploma Required? No
Qualification Requirements: Must have one (1) month work experience in Housekeeping Attendant, Commercial Cleaner and Operational Service worker. One month on the job training is required.

Comments: This job opportunity is for temporary, full-time position beginning October 01, 2020 and ending September 30, 2023. Three-Fourths guarantee; Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions.
