| Job Duties: | Prepare, examine or analyze accounting records, financial statements or other financial reports to asses accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Prepares invoices and sends out statement of account to customers on a monthly basis. Keep track of overdue accounts. Handles government tax compliance which includes payment of taxes and fees (BGRT, EWT, FICA, 1120), preparing & filing of reports and securing licenses. Prepares payroll on a bi-weekly basis |
