Job Title: Operational Service Officer
Job Duties: Provide support or services to Accounting and other departments such as: Resolve customer complaints or answer customers' questions. Assist in providing employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes. Assists in recruiting and hiring new employees. Interpret and communicate work procedures and company policies to staff. Evaluate employees' job performance and conformance to regulations and recommend appropriate personnel action. Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of subordinates to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. Train or instruct employees in job duties or arrange for training to be provided. File tax returns and inquire from tax office and other government agencies when necessary. Deposit cash receipts to bank. Monitor contract and licenses expiration and process renewal, as well as report deadlines and submission. Set up meetings. Maintain a working knowledge of the properties and its amenities. Orders and maintains office supplies and services, including equipment maintenance, facilities, and standard supplies. Ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards and comply with government regulations. Coordinates with some external associates, including vendors, consultants, and clients. Handles travel calendars, itineraries, bookings, incoming and outgoing packages and mails. Helps with meeting and event planning. Provide necessary administrative support to each department and ensure that the office is operated in a professional manner and keeps office space organized. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Adhere to the company policies and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: 24 MONTHS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED IN THIS POSITION. GRADUATE OF ASSOCIATE DEGREE OR AT LEAST 2-YEAR COLLEGE VOCATIONAL COURSE (FOREIGN EQUIVALENCE IS ACCEPTABLE). MUST HAVE SUPERVISORY SKILLS, CAN WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND INDEPENDENTLY WITH OR WITHOUT SUPERVISION. HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS. TEAM PLAYER. COMPUTER LITERATE, PROFICIENT IN MS OFFICE. MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN PREPARATION OF CONTRACTS, DEPT. OF LABOR AND AG REPORTS, PROCESSING OF BUSINESS LICENSES & OTHER PERMITS, PREPARATION OF JOB VACANCY AD, CW-1 PETITIONS AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS, VISA APPLICATION, AND DS-160 PREPARATION. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN INTERACTING WITH GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. KNOWLEDGE IN REAL ESTATE, APARTMENT RENTALS, MANPOWER SERVICES, AND DOCUMENT HANDLING IS A MUST. ABLE TO MULTI-TASK. HAS A DRIVERS LICENSE AND A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.

Comments: This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Employer-Provided Tools and Equipment: Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.
