| Job Duties: | Proactively provide excellent customer service to always improve and maintain company reputation. Positively motivate salesmen by demonstrating and patiently reminding them of proper sales techniques and customer service skills. Constantly bring in new business and build the trust of existing customers. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. Instruct salesmen and remind them daily of expectations and protocol. Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products such as small bottled water, 5 gallon and ice. Respond to daily sales and work with salesmen in reaching monthly quotas. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Daily direct and coordinate scheduling and routing for each salesmen and make adjustments per absences. |
