Job Duties: 1)Observe color of products being baked, and adjust oven temperatures&conveyor speeds accordingly. 2)Set oven temperatures and place items into hot ovens for baking. 3)Combine measured ingredients in bowls cooking machinery. 4)Measure and weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare batters, doughs, fillings, and icings, using scales and graduated containers. 5)Roll, knead, cut, and shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, and other products. 5)Place dough in pans, molds, or on sheets, and bake in production ovens or on grills. 6)Check the quality of raw materials to ensure that standards and specifications are met. 7)Adapt the quantity of ingredients to match the amount of items to be baked. 8)ply glazes, icings, or other toppings to baked goods, using spatulas or brushes. 9)Check equipment to ensure that it meets health and safety regulations and perform maintenance or cleaning, as necessary.

Qualification Requirements: 1)Employees in these occupations need anywhere from a few months to one year of working experience. 2)Must be organized and must know analytical approach for costing. 3)Must know how to handle pressure. 4)Must know how to identify information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events. 5)Must be realiable and cooperative person.
