Job Title: Maintenance and Repair Worker, General
Job Duties: Transport tools, materials, and supplies to worksite. Carpenters should be able to perform the following tasks; Install or repair structures, partitions, windows and door frames. Plumbers should be able to install pipes, assemble, fittings,valves, and repair sinks, and toilets. Electrician should be able to install or repair electrical issues to light fixtures, breakers, water heaters, air conditioners, and maintain fire alarms. All maintenance employees must maintain all tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in working order. Perform routine preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment to ensure no deterioration. Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools and reassemble equipment. Perform house or apartment renovation. Perform lawn care and any other related duties as arise from time to time.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Must have basic knowledge in repairing, plumbing,electrical, air conditioning, carpentry, masonry, and other related maintenance tasks. both U.S. and Non-U.s. applicants must have a CNMI Clas A Driver License.
