| Job Duties: | Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production of processing of goods, such as inspectors, machine setters, and fabricators. Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals. Organize and supervise activities such as the processing of incoming and outgoing mail. Direct and coordinate operational, management, and supportive services of one or a number of postal facilities. Resolve customer complaints. Answer questions about product features and benefits. Prepare and submit detailed and summary reports of post office activities to designated supervisors. Negotiate labor disputes. Issue and cash money orders. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Employees in these occupations usually need one or two years of work experience required. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods,and coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Can communicate to different language speaking customers. Clean police/traffic record, very punctual with no absences. Able to work flexible times including night shifts. Has fit to work medical clearance. |
