Job Title: Maids & Housekeeping Cleaners
Job Duties: Cleans rooms, restrooms, and other areas so that health standards are met. Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies using vacuum cleaners and shampooers. Dust and polish furniture and equipment. Wash dishes and cleans kitchens, cooking utensils and silverware. Move and arrange furniture and turn mattresses. Hang draperies and dust window blinds. Sort clothing and other articles, Lad washing machines, and iron and fold dried items. Plan menus and cook and serve meals and refreshments following employer’s instructions or own methods. Answer telephone and door bells.

Qualification Requirements: Should know the principles and processes of cleaning and housekeeping to meet the client-customers’ services satisfaction and its quality standards. Should be honest. Should be attentive and can follow the detailed instructions of the supervisor to meet the requirements of the job and the client-customers’ needs

Work Hours/days, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm- Monday to Friday Saturday: 7:00am to 1:00am 4.PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT, TRAVEL REQUIREMENT AND WHERE APPLICANTS WILL RESIDE: The place of employment is on First Floor Island Commercial Center Bldg, Chalan Monsignor Pale Arnold Road, Gualo Rai, Saipan. The worker will travel within Saipan by land transportation on a daily basis. The worker should reside in Saipan to perform the job during employment period. 5.THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any 6.INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: The Employer shall pay for all the inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.
