Job Title: Maintenance and Repair Workers, General
Job Duties: Perform routine maintenance, such as doing other preventive maintenance actions. Repair machines, equipment, or structures , using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices. Maintain or repair specialized equipment or machinery located in cafeterias. Perform general cleaning of buildings or properties. Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures. Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work. Set up and operate machine tools to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, or tools. Provide groundskeeping services, such as landscaping. Fabricate or repair counters, benches, partitions, or other wooden structures, such as sheds or outbuildings.

Qualification Requirements: SKILLED IN THE USE OF POWER TOOLS AND HAND TOOLS. EXPERIENCE PERFORMING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE. ABILITY TO MAINTAIN FOCUS WHILE WORKING INDIVIDUALLY. STRONG TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS. ABLE TO WORK IN A FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS. With 6 months of work experience as maintenance and repair work.

Anticipated work Schedule is 5:00am to 11:00am from Monday to Saturday. Our admin/hr personnel will conduct interviews with applicants via telephone or Video Conference (e.g. Zoom or Messenger.). Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in it's extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
