| Job Duties: | Assist Commercial Maintenance Manager to supervise, manage, instruct & direct plumbers, carpenters, electricians & HVAC (water chillers, compressors, air-handlers) professionals. install, operate, test & repair commercial generation & distribution inc. Caterpillar 3406, 2 phase, 480 volt, 400-500 kva. install, operate, test & repair 480 volt, 3phase, 750 kva ground transformers. install, operate, test & repair remote panel control synchronizing & transfer switches for comm. generators inc. Caterpillar 3406, 3 phase, 480 volt, 400-500 kva.install, operate, test & repair of 100 ton water chillers system including Daiken and Carrier, compressor oil change, descaling of heat exchangers, etc. Install, test, maintain & repair of commercial plumbing, swimming pool pumps & controls & fire-safety systems. Prepare material/parts lists, prepare estimates of materials & labor. Do commercial plumbing incl. installation, testing & repair of plumbing systems & piping, incl. PVC pipe up to 6", bronze pipe up to 2" and insulated chilled water piping up to 4". Do commercial carpenty, incl. installation & repair of usual & customary comm. resort hotel property. Operate heavy machinery & small engines. Install, operate, test & repair of multiple comm. electric generators 480 volt, 3 phase, 400-500 kva with synchronizing & switching control systems. coordinate work with cotractors and local or federal inspectors. Other duties as may be required. |
