| Job Duties: | Keep business premises, properties, equipment, appliances, business implements clean, neat and orderly. Performs heavy hygienic cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls, cleaning office furniture, fixtures and equipment, collecting and properly disposing rubbish and performs other cleaning duties using cleaning materials, tools and equipment. Performing routine cleaning maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and/or cleaning details. EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: The job opportunity is temporary, full-time position commencing on January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021. 3. WORK HOURS AND DAYS: Employees hired under this announcement will work full time employment with (35) hours per week. Work Hours/days, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm- Monday to Friday. 4. PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT, TRAVEL REQUIREMENT AND WHERE APPLICANTS WILL RESIDE: The place of employment is at Buenas Dias Road Alof Avenue, Dandan, Saipan. The worker should reside in Saipan to perform the job during employment period. 5. Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. 6. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. 7. DAILY TRANSPORTATION: The employer will not provide daily transportation. 8. PROVISION FOR TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT: The Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. 9. HOUSING: The employer will not provide housing during the employment. 10. MEAL: The Employer will not provide meals during the employment. 11. ON-THE-JOB-TRAINING: No on-the-job training is provided by the employer. 12.
