| Job Duties: | Clean, cut, and cook meat, fish, or poultry. • -Cook foodstuffs according to menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, or numbers of portions to be served. Prepares season and cook soup dishes such as soup, meats, vegetables or desserts in restaurant and order supplies, keep records and accounts price items on menu or plan menu, inspect and clean food preparation areas such as equipment and work surfaces or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices, ensure freshness of food ingredients by checking for quality keeping track of old and new items and rotating stocks ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, boilers, grills and roaster, season and cook food according to recipes and personal judgement and experience, turn or stir food to oven |
