| Job Duties: | Operate, test & repair commercial generation & distribution incl. Caterpillar 3406, 3 phase, 480 volt, 400-500 kva. Operate, test & repair remote panel control synchronizing & transfer switches for comm. generators, inc. Caterpillar 3406, 3 phase, 480 volt, 400 - 500 kva. Operate, test & repair 100 ton water chillers systems incl. Daiken & Carrier, incl. compressor oil change, descaling of heat exchangers, etc. Install, operate, service, repair and maintain electrical systems. Operate, test, maintain & repair comm. electric motors, controls and generators, HVAC systems, swimming pool pumps and control and fire-safety systems. Assist in the preparation of material/parts list, estimates of material & labor. Operate multiple comm. electric generators, 480 volt, 3 phase, 400 - 500 cva with synchronizing and switching control systems. Assist in coordinating work with contractors & local and federal inspectors. Other duties as may be required. |
