| Job Duties: | Install, operate, test and repair plumbing systems. Install, operate, service and repair of plumbing systems related to 100 ton water chillers systems, incl. air handlers. Assist in preparing material/parts lists incl. preparation of estimates for materials & labor. Do commercial plumbing, incl. installation, testing and repair of plumbing systems and piping, incl. PVC pipe up to 6", bronze pipe up to 2" and insulated chilled water piping up to 4". Handle electric welding & brazing. Assist in coordinating work with contractors and local or federal inspectors. Other duties as may be required. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of two years experience as Commercial Resort Hotel Maintenance Personnel at a large (120+ rooms) commercial resort hotel. Team player. Can read and interpret construction and final plumbing blueprints, schematics and all other drawings or documents related to the plumbing, HVAC systems, fire-safety and swimming pool systems of a large commercial resort hotel. Available for shift work. English proficient. |
