Job Title: | FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR |
Job Duties: | Under direct supervision of Operations Manager, directly supervise and coordinate activities of food service workers engaged in preparing and serving food. Essential tasks and responsibilities: -Train and supervise workers daily in food preparation, service, sanitation/cleaning, and safety procedures. Assign duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements. -Resolve customer complaints regarding food service. -Control inventories of food, equipment, and utensils and report shortages to designated personnel. -Requisition supplies and equipment needed to ensure quality and timely delivery of services. -Specify food portion and courses, production and time sequences, and workstation and equipment arrangements. -Analyze operational problems, such as theft and wastage, to establish procedures to alleviate these problems and recommend measures for improving work procedures and worker performance to increase service quality and enhance job safety. --Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service, complete disciplinary write-ups and recommend personnel actions. |

Qualification Requirements: | Applicants must at least have a high school diploma or its equivalent. Applicants must have 12 months work experience on this field including supervision of food service workers. Employee must be able to lift at least 45 lbs. Employee must be able to work on an early morning shift. Will consider foreign equivalent High School Diploma or GED. |
