Job Title: MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WORKERS, GENERAL
Job Duties: Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: At least High School Graduate with a minimum of 12 months experience. Must have a general knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, building & maintenance skills. Must have skills in painting and repairing roofs, windows, doors, floors, and woodwork. Ability to understands and follow safety procedures. Must be able to read blueprints and engineering plumbing, structural and electrical Layouts. Must be able to maintain a cooperative attitude under stressful circumstances. Can work without any supervision. Employment certificate relevant to this job opportunity. This may apply to both US Workers and foreign workers. No training required
