| Job Duties: | Perform general bookkeeping duties, including checking, computation, classifying, and recording data to keep financial records. Check and verify source of documents such as invoices, purchase order and receipts. Establish and maintain chart of accounts. Maintain subsidiary accounts allocating, and posting transactions. Transfer data to general ledger. Reconcile and balance all accounts. Collate and analyze account data and generate financial reports. Comply with relevant reporting requirements. Maintain complete filing system to support financial record. |
