Job Duties:	Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in repair. Maintain or repair machines, equipments or structures using tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building, water and sewer systems, operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary. Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment. Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment. Estimate and record type and cost of maintenance or repair work. Test and treat water supply. Plan and lay-out repair work using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams. Perform general cleaning duties of buildings or properties. Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodworks, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures. Operate cutting torches or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts. Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work. Perform other related repairs and maintenance duties

Qualification Requirements:	Knowledgeable in using power and hand tools and equipment in the performance of preventive maintenance ensuring that machines and equipments run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and building’s physical condition don’t deteriorate. Applicants must have the proper training and knowledge to multi-task, always be focused and organized on the job and at least 24 months experience of work related to this job opportunity is required. High School Graduate. Must be hardworking and able to work independently with least supervision, coordinates with co-workers and willing to work flexible hours. Salary rate is $ 8.71/hr. Comments:	EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position beginning January 15, 2021 and ending Januay 14, 2022. WORK HOURS: Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment of at least thirty-five (35) hours per week. THREE FOURTHS GUARANTEE. Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: The employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT: Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job duties. Rules may apply.
